Responsibilities:
This position obtains following responsibilities, but not limited to;

- Identify, develop and cultivate external demand for Company’s offerings and positions Company to win the work. Coordinates selling efforts with the prospects team.
- Report to the team leader of alternative solutions group who then report to head of investment banking group of Company’s Securities based in US as well as the local head of Japan.
- Structure the Cat Bonds, Swap and Collateralized Reinsurance transaction for Japanese clients.
- Provide advanced data analysis at any demands.
- Achieve the individual quota, and meet a target of investment banking group locally and globally.
- Coordinate with broker team to provide the integrated services for Japanese clients.
- Process problem-solving and fix issues supporting individual and team delivery for business.
- Develop and create the new businesses using the resource of investment banking group.
- Catch up required insurance business knowledge as needed time in manner.
- Proactively drive conference call and business meetings, and conduct any advanced presentation and communication in Japanese business culture and Company’s global environment for business win.
- Manage timeline of business and individual including personal excellence for any matter as an employee.
- Meet Company’s global and local compliance requirements.

Qualification:
- University Degree or above
- Years experiences in security firm or investment banking is must
- Strong ability of math and science
- Fluent English in communication ( speaking, listening and writing )
- Ability to meet the responsibilities above
- Enough business travel capability within Japan and overseas including long period
