仕事内容

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
1.Review justification of Invoice and Suppliers.
2.Review justification of General Expense reimbursement for staff members.
3.Payment control to Suppliers and Service Companies.
4.Withholding tax payment and annual report to Tax Office.
5.Control of payments.
6.Control of Olympic input.
7.Office facility management, e.g. air-con, cleaning and office supplies, arrange office expansion and office move.
8.Control and arrange purchase request.
9.Review telephone calls used by staff, including corporate phones.
10.Arrange telephone set up and voice recording.
11.Handle insurance related matters, e.g. Automobile, Fire and Travel.
12.Print office stationery e.g. business card, letterhead, envelope and etc.
13.company car handling.
14.Stock keeping of Company Registration Certificate and Company Seal.
15.Preparation of General Expense Budget (excluding those prepared by IT, HR and Accounting).
16.Overview of GE budget spending.
17.Fixed assets inventory control (excluding IT equipment).
18.Update and maintain Procedures in General Affiars Department.
19.First aid box keeping.
20.Provide various reports and analysis of general expenses.
21.Set up Fire Prevention Plan and report to Fire Station and Bldg.
22.Arrange non-IT facilities for BCP site.
23.Execute internal events such as staff parties.
24.Select the vendor.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible to maintain good office environment.
2.Maintain good relationship with internal/external parties.
3.Responsible for making payments smoothly and accurately.
4.Daily check of account balance.
5.Act as a compliance responsible person in the department.
6.Act as a PDP responsible person in the department
7.Act as an outsourcee management administrator.

1.Good sense of responsibility and neutrality.
2.Interpersonal skill.
3.Experience of accounting practice.
4.Communication skills.
5.Command of English.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.20 years experience in Office administration.
