1.　Is a member of Senior Management Committee
2.　In a global framework in which IT developments and production are outsourced, is in charge of the quality of development and production of IT systems of the Company.
3.　Is responsible for the management and efficiency of his team
4.　For IT Matters, manages the relations with end-users, vendors and Distributors (Banks)
5.　Prepares the budget and the IT plan and ensure its execution

【Descriptions of major jobs】
・As member of management of the Company, reports to the Senior Management Committee for IT matters
・Manages a team of 4 persons (among whom 2 BA)
・Contributes actively to the master Plan in relation with consultant and is in charge of its update
・Prepares the detailed IT action plan of the year and the associated budget
・Follows up the schedule, proposes priorities if bottle-neck, alerts on dead line and takes measures to observe dead lines
・Follows up the IT expenses and ensure to keep them in the budget
・Manages the relations with end-users (requirement, validation of analysis provided by vendor, UAT); proposes best balance between users’ needs and costs
・Is in charge of method and processes of UAT in order to guarantee the quality of developments
・Manages the relations with vendors: RFP, tenders, negotiations, SLA, billing
・Insures the quality of production for customers and banks

●Education： University degree
●Competency: Organized / Structured approach, Common sense, Leadership / Management, Communication, Negotiation
●Experience: If possible, previous experience of 5 years in an Insurance Company, in a position of Head of BA and or Project Manager
●Qualification, knowledge, skill： Knowledge of IT insurance system, IT architecture (networks, DB, servers, …), Budget and Planning
●Language skill：English (foreign vendors)
