仕事内容

The successful individual may be responsible for:
・Working as part of a scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions
・Working with the business teams to understand requirements and help to shape the experience for our clients and users
・Developing automated test cases to match user acceptance criteria
・Maintaining and enhancing our test automation infrastructure
・Championing initiatives that can improves software quality, from development practices through to automation tools

必要スキル

・Fluent Japanese and business level English
・Demonstrated passion for software quality and understanding of test concepts
・Demonstrated relevant experience in one or more of;
- Web test automation e.g. Selenium with C#/Java
- Unit testing frameworks e.g. NUnit/JUnit
- Performance/Load testing of websites and web-services
- Website security testing
- Website usability/accessibility testing
・Ability to thrive within a start-up environment

・Experience of different stages between a development cycle (preferably following agile methodology), from initial specifications to maintenance and support
・Previous investment or financial services industry experience also a positive
