- Strongly lead Securities Operations team and support Head of Securities Operations as a manager
- Supervise daily operations, and provide clear direction and problem resolution　on any daily issues
- Always pursue operational efficiency
- Take a strong lead in development for new process and products
- Support Head of Securities Operations for performance appraisals, development plans, team goals and objectives
- Play complete back-up role of Head of Securities Operations in his absence　and along with succession planning
Your key accountabilities
- Well organize Securites Operation team as a strong and high performing team together with Head of Securities Operations
- Lead the team to complete day-to-day operation processing with proper KPI management
- Co-work with Overseas Operation team and oversee their tasks
- Analyze root cause of operation errors and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Always think efficiently and improve operation productivity and quality
- Proactively take ownership of future changes including regulatory changes and new initiatives
- Ensure and update operation workflow adheres to Legal, Risk and Compliance policies, and implement a new process based on business requirements
- Report operation status and issues
- Support people in Securities Operations team and foster staff skill-up

- More than 5 years’ experience of securities company operation area
- Experience of team management
- Ability to communicate internal and external people
- Written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changeable business needs
- JSDA License: Sales Representative and Internal Controller
