As a Health and Group Benefits Senior Analyst, you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of the full spectrum of health and group benefit programs including medical, disability, life insurance, etc.
Performance Objectives:
＜Clients＞
●Meet clients’ day-to-day administrative needs with respect to the health and group benefit policies
●Work closely with other team members and client representatives
●Understand the client’s plan documents, amendments, etc.
●Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
●Participate in special projects as needed
●Regular interactions with vendors
＜Excellence＞
●Ensure all activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner
●Follow and update the administrative documents
●Maintain complete and accurate work papers and audit trails
●Conduct research on clients’ and members’ questions and plan issues
●Update and organize the market information for internal library

●Support HGB Practice Leader in client project delivery

●Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively
●Act as effective team player
