仕事内容
※クライアントサービスデスクのマネージャーとして、営業支援やチーム管理のほか、契約書に関わる顧客対応をご担当いただきます。
Key Responsibilities:
●Manage Tokyo Sales and Service Support team’s performance in terms of activity levels, quality of work, timeliness, accuracy.
●Apply effective leadership and coaching to ensure quality of staff, development activity, and implementation of best practices.
●Training of staff on new and revised processes, practices and systems.
●Direct the efforts of Asia Pacific sales support team to ensure that the regions sales activities and contract documents are processed according to corporate deadlines and quality standards. Oversee all contractual terms and conditions are implemented.
●Liaise with relevant management teams in implementation of overall goals and execution.
●Work together with sales management towards achieving retention and growth targets in the region.
●Point of contact in region for CRM system; provide first level support, escalation of issues, enhancement suggestions and training.
●Maintain a high level of customer care within the team ensuring all internal and external client issues are addressed
●Reporting and analyses on phone activity, sales performance and other client service related activities.

必要スキル
※マネジメント経験必須
●Minimum 3+ years relevant management experience.
●Previous experience of Finance or Sales industry would be advantageous
●Experience in workplace training desirable but not required
●Leadership and management skills
●Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
●Strong communication skills
●Work using own initiative and without close supervision
●Highly organized and efficient
●Strong attention to detail
●Excellent interpersonal skills
●Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
●Well developed IT skills - experience with Microsoft and CRM applications
●Fluent verbal and written English essential
●Undergraduate degree essential, Finance specialization not necessary but advantageous
