大手証券会社　オペレーション部門　Client Valuation Specialist, Analystの求人

The Client Valuations team in Tokyo is in charge of the valuation delivery for the Securities Company. OTC Derivatives, Structured Note and other cash products. The team is comprised of approximately 5 members, and is a part of the Derivatives Client Services group, which supports both wholesale and retail (domestic branch based mid-cap institutions) business.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure valuation reports to be delivered to clients in timely manners. (Wholesale / Retail) for OTC Derivatives and Structured notes, other cash products.
-Work and liaise with Front Office, Business Managers, Finance, Compliance and IT team to support the existing business as well as any new business.
-Work and liaise with the Global Client Valuation team together with the Powai office to provide client with the valuation report.
-Review and streamline functions / procedures to identify opportunities to automate or improve the current process and seek for further efficiency.
-Projects related to automation, system changes etc.

<責務>
OTCデリバティブ、ストラクチャードノートや現物株等に関する評価レポート等をホールセール、個人顧客へ期限までに提出
フロント、ビジネスマネジャー、財務、コンプライアンス、ＩＴチームと協力し、現存ビジネスと新規ビジネスをサポート
インド（Powai）オフィスと連携して Global Client Valuation Team へ評価レポートを配信。
既存のデイリーワークをこなしながら、それらの作業の自動化、効率化、改良、改善出来るポイントを常に探求する
現状のプロセスの改善や自動化の機会を探り、更なる効率化を探して現行機能や過程の合理化を目指す
システムの改善、自動化に関するプロジェクトに参加

・Native level Japanese and Business level English
・Minimum 3 years working experiences and 1-3 years experiences in middle office/operation preferred
・A self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented person that constantly takes initiatives in any given circumstances, and strong desire to learn more about the financial services industry
・Team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
・Multi-task player who can work efficiently and patiently under any given pressure
・Ability to quickly learn new workflows / systems
・Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel


日本語ネイティブ　＆　英語　ビジネスレベル
社会人3年目以上で　ミドル、オペレーション実務経験1年以上が望ましい
