●Retail Business Development support
- Co-work with colleagues to help business development across retail channels in an　effective, thoughtful and successful manner.
- Assist with due diligence and any marketing issues relevant to the funds

● Retail Client Service Support
- Co-work with Product Service Manager and the team to liaise with related departments to make sure that client service is conducted effectively and accurately.
- Liaise with Portfolio Management teams and Senior Portfolio Managers to provide right
solutions to clients.
- Co-work with Product Service Manager and the team to make sure that accountability is　fulfilled on all Japan business based retail funds.

● Team Management
- Support Head of Fixed Income Business Development Japan regarding team management in the department.
In addition to the above, he/she is expected to contribute to initiatives and projects led by the　Fixed Income Business Development Department in general.

Qualifications:
●運用会社等でのリテール向け商品企画経験
●債券関連商品経験尚可
●ビジネスレベルの英語力
●チームマネジメント

Professional skills with 10 years or more financial business experience (preferably Asset Management Business)
Strong leadership
Self-motivating and driven
Business level English
CMA (Japan’s CFA) is preferable
