仕事内容

●Structuring function for financial institutions, regional banks, distributors and some other middle market sectors. Depending of experiences, capabilities and his interests, some of following functions will be assigned.
　・Rate/FX derivatives structuring, Structured notes, risk hedging structure for corporate client, and ALM solutions for institutional clients and banks
　・Pitching new product ideas to both internal sales and external clients, and executing trades by going through internal processes
●Others as required

必要スキル

●A person who has at least 3-5 years experience in the structured products of Rates/FX/EM/Commodity (experience in only EM/Commodity is not too strong) by either of Structuring role or trading role is an ideal candidate
●Knowledge about regulations related to derivative markets (such as RWA) is highly valued
●Basic understanding about investment banking business
●Advanced communication skills to work with various groups
●Fluency in Japanese and English is preferred
●Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure, demonstrating being detail-oriented
●Being a team player and self starter
