＜Position Summary＞
●Assist the downstream project business in financing mega solar projects

＜Responsibilities＞
●Assist the Development and EPC teams in project development and financing
●Lead the execution of project financing for solar projects
●Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis on viability of projects (not necessary)
●Assist in preparing investment document for Investment Committee
●Manage banking relationship for the firm
●Manage and train junior analysts

＜Qualifications and Experiences＞
●A degree in Accounting, Finance or an MBA from a reputable university
●Strong understanding of project finance, credit fundamentals and bank documentation
●Proficient in excel financial modeling and preferably developed project finance models
●Strong banking relationship and network
●Experience in structured finance, preferably in project finance or real estate non-recourse finance with major financial institutions or major corporations (e.g. trading company/firm)
●At least 4 years of relevant work experience
●Fluency in Japanese and English
●Strong organization skills
●Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Skills, Word and Power Point
