仕事内容
Regulatory reporting team in Operations is in charge of local regulatory reporting submitted to external authorities such as BOJ.
+ Prepare daily, monthly, qualterly, annal reports to local regulators
+ Participate in projects, meetings and system enhancements related to regulatory reports, and provide opinions as a party in charge
+ Handle ad-hoc requests or queries related to reports matter from regulatory agencies, senior managements, front offices and other in-house groups.
+ Catch up regulation changes, new products or other new items, and reflect them to reports
+ Enhance current reporting process for risk control

必要スキル
+ Native level Japanese and business level English
+ Basic financial knowledge is preferable; securities business, financial products, financial accounting, financial regulations etc
+ Team player
+ Flexibility and self motivated
+ Capable to work under pressure
+ Good analytical skill and be attentive to details
+ Regulatory Reporting experience is not required, strong will to learn Regulatory Reporting is most important
