仕事内容
In this role you will support our Ratings Delivery Service (RDS) product suite. Your remit will be to support customers in the Asia Pacific region with a focus on our Japanese client base. The RDS is a database tool that allows institutional investors access to our ratings universe
●Provide expertise to respond to and resolve all Client inquiries related to the RDS product suite.
●Understand and explain database issues on a conceptual, intuitive, and practical level.
●Provide in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality, implementation.
●Support clients on the use of our product suite in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner via web, email, telephone, and in person
●Identify, capture and channel client feedback on product features and functionality for Product Management and/or sales where appropriate
●Track all client information using the CRM system
●Provide constructive feedback to the sales team regarding client needs and opportunities
●Escalate product issues effectively and in a timely manner
●Provide regular training to the Client Service team on the company’s product Suite
●Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within Client Service and in the broader organization.

必要スキル
●Undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
●2 years work experience in a Client Support or comparable role
●Database knowledge, proficient in SQL
●Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in Japanese and English.
●Strong customer orientation demonstrating initiative and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team.
●Strong knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
●Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
●Excellent organizational skills
●Develop the skills and knowledge to support each product within his/her area of responsibility
