●　レバレッジド・ファイナンス、アセット・ベースド・レンディング、ファンド投資等にかかるグローバルな市場環境やグループのエクスポージャーの状況に関するシニア・マネジメントへの定期報告作成（含む、海外オフィスとのコーディネーション）
●　国内のレバレッジド・ファイナンス、航空機リース、クレジットトレーディング、ファンド投資案件の審査（含む、内部格付の付与）
●　レバレッジド・ファイナンス、航空機リース、プライベート・エクイティ投資を実施する国内子会社のリスク管理
●　規制当局、格付機関、内部監査部向けのレポート作成

●　Preparation of regular reports to senior management on global trends in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and fund investments, and the Group’s exposures to these assets, coordinating with overseas offices
●　Appraisal and monitoring of leveraged finance, aircraft leasing, credit trading, and fund investment transactions in Japan, including the assignment and maintenance of internal ratings
●　Monitoring of major domestic subsidiaries engaging in leveraged finance, aircraft leasing, and private equity investments from a risk perspective
●　Preparation of reports to regulators, credit rating agencies, and internal auditors

●　事業・財務分析に関する知識、経験
●　高い分析力を持ち、新たなことを積極的に学べる方
●　チームプレーヤー、コミュニケーション及びコーディネーション・スキル
●　ビジネスレベルの日本語力及び英語力（TOEIC860程度以上）、及び海外経験

●　Knowledge and experience in business and financial analysis
●　Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new things
●　Team player with good communication and coordination skills
●　Business level communication skills in both Japanese and English and overseas experience

●　Experience in banks, trading companies, private equities, consulting firms, accounting firms, and credit rating agencies, or corporate planning and finance departments in major corporates
●　Experience in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, fund investments or credit risk analysis
