Job Description:
We are searching for a Salesforce.com Presales/ Solution Architect who will be responsible for technical presales activities and solution architecting, working closely with the global teams around the world. Expectations for this role are to own the overall technical solutions and proposals, jumpstart implementation projects and ensure smooth transition to the implementation teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is the ultimate owner of the overall solution for the project and is responsible for successful proposal preparation and estimation for the project. You play a key role in pre-sales working with the delivery team, and Business development team to understand the customer business requirements, architect solution, clearly define the scope, estimate the project proposal and help answer any business and technical questions the customer may have.

- Salesforce Solution Architect also plays a part time role with the implementation of the project. You will play the bridge between sales and delivery. Participate in kick off the project with the delivery team, help finalize the detailed requirements and design.

- This job role requires relevant hands on experience with Salesforce.com and associated cloud technologies. Leading and delivering technical work-stream of project including overseeing technical team members, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, Manage, mentor and develop technical team members etc.

Required Skills:
Self-motivated with a proven track record in technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Native Japanese language skill is mandatory.

Additional preferred qualifications are:
- Solid engineering degree with 12 plus years of overall experience
- 5 plus years of relevant technical experience in Salesforce.com and related technology
- 3 Plus years experience managing project teams
- 3 plus years estimating project proposals and
- Salesforce.com certified advanced developer (Dev 401/ 501)
- Has the certifications/ knowledge and experience of Sales cloud, Service cloud. - Demonstrated success delivering professional services to enterprise clients and participating in selling
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SFDC technologies with emphasis on the Platform components
- Demonstrably excellent, context-specific communication and presentation skills
- Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Detail and quality oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Business English conversation skill is welcomed. (At least, daily English conversation skill is required.)
