The Role
The Events & Outreach Associate will be responsible for supporting Events and Outreach Team Japan to support, plan, communicate and execute a diverse range of outreach activities including teleconferences, roundtables, briefings, conferences and third party events to promote and showcase Moody’s thought leadership, products and services. Working across systems, technological aptitude and attention to details are key attributes.
In this position, the candidate will:
Provide proactive support for the execution of multi-faceted and complex events (multimedia) around Moody’s products and services. This will include sourcing venues, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers, setting up the Moody’s systems for registrations sites, email invitations, webpages, collating event materials, arranging production and printing, monitoring attendance lists, preparing badges, conducting post event analysis and supporting the team on other ad hoc requests.
Provide support in developing and delivering marketing strategies around outreach campaigns. This will include liaising with product strategy and sales managers to generate target and prospect lists for event attendance, identifying target audiences by sector/client/prospect, researching names and inputting details into the prospect database and undertaking calling campaigns to raise attendance at Moody’s events.
Provide on-site support at events, both in-house and externally maintaining company standards for events managements and customer experience.
Produce teleconferences / multimedia events, which involves liaising with suppliers and internal speakers, updating the website, managing the registration system, providing assistance during the event and collating attendance statistics.
Ensure event data management systems are kept up to date. This will include uploading data, checking data quality, producing reports and summaries.
Monitor costs and ensure all invoices have been received and processed. This will include tracking invoices, ensuring correct coding and maintaining accurate records.
Organise, source and coordinate marketing collateral and associated materials ensuring variety, good pricing and high standards. Maintain and support other systems and initiatives as required.

必要スキル
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing
Fluency in Japanese and English is essential
Working experience in financial industry is advantage
Must have proven administrative and organizational skills
Previous direct experience of event management is advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including good negotiation skill
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels with both internal and external parties,
Self motivated
Strong technical knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Knowledge on Salesforce, Cvent, or similar event management software is advantage
Interested in developing a career in marketing and events management.
Willing and able to think outside of the box to learn and commit to continuous improvement and evolution.

●対外的なフォーマルレターを作成できる日本語力をお持ちの方
