仕事内容
To develop Compliance strategy, and direct and monitor the company’s overall compliance program. To provide compliance advice and develop monitoring program to ensure the company’s activities follow the necessary rules and regulations in Japan, as well as other foreign jurisdictions which the company is subject to(e.g. US SEC, Volcker rule). This position’ person is a member of the company’ management committee, begin responsible for chairing Compliance Committee, being a participant of Board of Directors meeting to report Compliance matters.
1 To identify and advise the business of compliance needs by reference to regulatory, industry and internal our standards, including the supporting of new product launch, new client takes one, interpretation of compliance policies and requirements;
2. To develop a good relationship FSA and other regulatory bodies. Develop a framework to track regulatory changes affecting the Company. To prepare and submit regulatory reports to clients and relevant authorities;
3. To develop and manage AM Compliance framework in ensuring that: an appropriate compliance monitoring process is in place, that it is comprehensive and that it is appropriate for all of business areas (e.g. distribution, fund management, trading) the Compliance team provides quality training to the directors and staff on all areas of regulatory impact.
4. To establish and maintain the Company’s compliance programs including compliance manuals, in accordance with local and foreign (e.g. US SEC, US Volcker rule) laws and regulations which the Company is subject to;
5. To lead/ participate as Compliance representation in various governance forums including board and committee meetings
6. Act as Chief Compliance Officer for AMJ’s registration with the US SEC.
7. To review contractual documents; and to support other projects from a compliance perspective. Supervise and coordinate work of junior staff

(8年以上のディスクロージャー関連業務の経験)
●ボルカールール等法規制に関する知識・業務経験歓迎
●ビジネス英語力(会話・読み書き)必須
●四大卒以上
● Good understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area
● In depth understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function and basic commercial awareness
● Evaluates (sometimes complex) situations using multiple sources of information
● Through responsibility for delivery of end results, and contribution to planning, finances/budget and formulation of policies
● Primarily on an area (usually part of a sub function)
● Developed communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence
● Decision making skills and taking accountability for own action
●Experience: minimum 8+ years in disclosure and documentation area
●System / PC skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
●Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Professional Qualification
●Language Skills: Native Japanese and Business level English
