仕事内容

●Job Scope
- Assist Business Development team in creating the presentation materials, reports, pitch book, etc.
- Assist Client Services team for their RFP, reporting, documentation production
- Some admin work will be involved (answering telephone, escorting visitors, etc)

必要スキル

●運用会社での年金等機関投資家向けクライアントサービス業務経験

●Required Skillsets
- Data gathering using Bloomberg, internet, and papermaterials, can create electric data
- Excel / PowerPoint skills
・Can format the data into chart / graphics
・Pay attention to detail to make things into final forms(including title, source, date etc.)
- Experience with Sales Force
- Understand English (in writing)
- (Preferred not essential) Knowledge of finance and capital markets

●Required Knowledge/Experience
- With basic understanding stock market
- Experience in creating visual parts in presentation using various data sources
- translate mainly form English to Japanese
- Be able to flexibly change priorities and work in a limit time of allowance
