● Handle new fund developments, project managements relating to wide range of product　developments and corresponding new regulation requirements. This role covers both of new　and existing products and all sales channels.

●Communicate and discuss with subsidiaries and other　branches for the new product
opportunities.

●Contribute and promote the subsidiary’s products (various asset classes) and prepare/translate　the materials if necessary.

● Product research and marketing and positioning of our products.

プロダクト、商品企画などの部門において、ファンドの組成、レギュレーションやドキュメンテーション、プロダクトの市場調査などの経験者が望ましい

● The position requires profound knowledge and experiences about asset management products　and investments. Also it would be desirable to have an experience of setting up a various　products.

● When the person tries to handle an issue or generate new ideas the person often faces some　challenges or difference of opinions and is required to have high problem solving skills and　strong communication skills with not only colleagues in Japan but also subsidiaries in globally.

● Handling the new fund developments and project managements are the key role but also a new　fund idea discussion and promotion of capability of sub-investment managers have an　important impact to new business development.

● Team work spirit and interpersonal communication skills and willingness to learn new things are　critically important for the success of this position.
