＜Position Summary＞
●Assist the downstream project business in financing mega solar projects

＜Responsibilities＞
Assist the Development, EPC and Asset Management teams in project development, financing and divestment
Lead the execution of project financing and divestment for solar projects
Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis on viability of projects
Assist in preparing investment document for Investment Committee with the development team
Manage and maintain banking relationship, institutional investors and strategic investors
Required to work in an ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS environment

＜Qualifications and Experiences＞
A degree in Accounting, Finance or an MBA from a reputable university
Experience in project finance, credit fundamentals and loan documentation
Proficient in excel spreadsheets and financial modeling and preferably with project finance models
Strong banking relationship and network
Experience in structured finance, preferably in project finance or real estate non-recourse finance with major financial institutions or major corporations (e.g. trading company/firm)
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
Japanese native and articulate in English
Strong organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Skills, Word and Power Point
