仕事内容
物流業務プロセスの効率化およびコスト削減を牽引していただきます。
社内の関連部署や社外の関連会社/サプライヤーと連携し、改善すべき課題の抽出と改善に向けた施策実施のプロジェクトを担当していただきます。
また、日本におけるLogisticsチームはグローバルに直結した組織なので、様々なグローバルでの取り組みについても日本代表として参加し、イニシアティブを取っていただきます。
●Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for the management of warehousing, international transportation and domestic transportation. This includes initiating improvements in logistics operation, and facilitating a strategic outlook that will better serve all stakeholders. The role leads and implements key projects that improve tools, process, productivity, and compliance.
●Essential Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing relationships with current, new and potential service providers
Overcome road blocks to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customer requirements
Drive standardization of transportation processes across the region
Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects
Drive Variable Cost Productivity initiatives
Developing, measuring and reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvements.
Working cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
Drive warehousing optimization/Lean projects
Leading change initiatives that will enable logistics to reach a world-class level of operations

必要スキル
●Qualifications/Requirements:
・Logistics/SCMの業務知識必須
・Logistics/SCMプロセス改善/コスト削減のプロジェクト経験(とくにリーダーシップを発揮した経験)がある方歓迎
・日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル)でのコミュニケーション力必須
1.Minimum 4 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
2.Experience in logistics or supply chain modeling & simulation.
3.Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization.
4.Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast paces changing environment.
5. Structured communication skill in Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
6.Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.
●Desired Characteristics:
1.Bachelor degree, MBA or MS in Logistics or Supply Chain
2.Demonstrated logistics leadership of multiple facilities in a similar industry
3.Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
4.Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
5.Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization
6.Creates energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication of practical “hands-on” operational plans and strategies
7.Proven growth leadership skills demonstrating clear perspective and understand factors impacting GEHC businesses and our suppliers.
8.Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.
