【職務内容】
●保険に関連する製品・ソフトウェアの要件収集・確認、決定時のミーティングに参加
●新しいソフトウェア・製品のシステム、プロセス、ワークフローを文書化
●ソフトウェアの機能を定義する為、ソリューション・テクニカルアーキテクトとの連携
●ユーズケース、ユーザーマニュアル、業務要件定義書を作成
●プロダクト・ソフトウエアの機能について理解して貰えるように業務側のステークホルダーと関わり要件のレビューとサインオフの手順作成の補助
●専門職、技術職のチームメンバーに対して、トレーニング、メンタリング、コーチングを実施
●ユーザー受入テストと新しいシステムの機能テストに参加
●予測できる潜在的な変更点を評価し、スコープを管理、優先順位付けをして、変更に因る影響分析を行う
●全体的なプロジェクトの変更・管理をし、サポートをする

【Job Description】
●Participating in requirements gathering, decision making for creation of product or software related to insurance
●Document systems, processes, workflows for the new software or product
●Work closely with the solution and technical architects to define the software features
●Create Use Cases, User Manuals and Business Requirements Documents
●Interact with business stakeholders to socialize the product/software features and aiding requirements reviews, signoff procedures
●Provides domain assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical team members
●Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
●Manages/Prioritizes scope and conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes
●Assists an overall project change controls/management

【求める職務経験・スキル】
●7-10 年程度の大規模システム開発プロジェクトにおけるビジネス側の要件収集の業務経験
●プロジェクトマネジメント、デリバリー管理、評価モデル、要件変更・スコープマネジメントに精通している方
●優れたリーダシップ、コミュニケーション能力
●複数遠隔チームとの間で大規模プロジェクトの要件管理経験がある方
●要件管理のプロセス、手法の優れた知識
●生命保険業界に関する業務知識
●ビジネス英会話能力がある方は尚可（※英語の読み書きが出来る方は好ましいです）
●テクニカルソリューションと関連事項への理解
●優れたビジネスへの適合能力、組織構成への知識がある方は望ましい
●LOMA の資格保有が望ましい
●Agile開発とDevOpsに関する正しい理解がある方は望ましい

【Skills / Experience】
●7-10 years experience in gathering business requirements for large development projects
●In-depth experience in project and delivery management, estimation models, requirements change/scope management
●Experience in acting as Domain Expert across large project requirements for multi-location teams
●Good knowledge of Life insurance domain (MUST)
●Strong knowledge of requirements management processes/methods
●Native Japanese and Business English skill (Preferred)
●Understanding of technical solutions and implications
●Strong leadership qualities and communication abilities
●Strong business application and organizational knowledge (Desired)
●LOMA certification (PLUS)
●Good understanding of program management for Agile and DevOps (Desired)
