【Project overview】
One of the key challenges that our Japanese companies face is globalization, i.e., standardizing enterprise architecture globally. There are not so many Japanese companies that attempt to transform themselves to a global company and there are not so many opportunities of working on globalization, however in this SAP project for our major Japanese pharmaceutical client, as they are now shifting to a global company, you will be able to work on such globalization opportunity. If you fulfill your responsibility successfully and make this great transformation happen, you will get quite meaningful experience and bilingual coordination capabilities that majorities of the other Japanese clients show their interests for their globalization.

【Role】
●Understand the data migration strategy, tools and templates.
●Work directly with customer, functional consultants and technical consultants to establish conversion approach, plan data load and sequencing, and coordinate the data conversion / load into SAP.
●Assist customer with identifying data extract requirements, explaining the conversion process, capture data requirements, and working with them to correct data in their legacy systems and prepare for the data conversion cycle.
●Let them fill in the template with the data, and collecting/validating them and sending them to India ADM (Application Development Maintenance) factory.
●ADM is supposed to upload the data into the target environment.
●Data migration resources get the feedback from ADM factory and explain to the users to let them correct it.
●Understand technical data conversion issues, resolve issues and communicate solutions.
●Support to facilitate the sign-off of deliverables with customer.

【Must requirements】
●Native Japanese + Basic English skill but Writing/Reading is MUST
●3+ years of SAP data migration experience
●3+ years of experience leading teams using global delivery model (onsite offshore)
●Experience with the complete software project lifecycle, understanding of the importance of data conversion and the time commitment involved.
●Ability to educate client on importance of data accuracy and completeness and guiding them on methods and tools to improve data quality
●Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
●Hands-on including Documentation.
●Communication skill, Good Interpersonal skill and flexibility
●Physical, mental toughness
