【Job contents】
●Work with Business SME’s to define detailed schedules along with Business analysts and automation specialists.
●Work with offshore team to train team on domain and applications and represent BA team extended Global team (for status reporting)
●Drive consensus on testing scope by collaborating with SME

必要スキル
【Required skills】
●Native level of Japanese language proficiency
●Total of 10 years experience with 4-5 years BA experience in Non-Life Insurance area (MUST)
●Ability to work with SME’s to define detailed test cases and execute them along with software automation specialists.
●Proven experience in working with offshore team to train on domain and application and represent BA team to the external Global team
●Ability to drive consensus on scope of testing standpoint by collaborating with SME
●Application Testing experience (Preferable)
●Business level English (Preferable)
●Native level of Japanese language proficiency
●Total of 10 years experience with 4-5 years BA experience in Non-Life Insurance area (MUST)
●Ability to work with SME’s to define detailed test cases and execute them along with software automation specialists.
