【Job contents】
●Create and execute test cases for various applications (using automation tools like QTP/UFT, Selenium and general testing suites like HP ALM).
●Research and develop tools to generate test scripts from existing specifications.
●Mentor team on technical issues
●Work with offshore team and CoE (Center of Excellence) to impart leading practices.

必要スキル
【Required skills】
●Native level of Japanese language proficiency
●3-5 years’ experience covering software testing analysis, design, automation and management.
●Experience in researching and developing tools to generate test scripts from existing specifications.
●Experience in automation tools like QTP/UFT, Selenium and general testing suites like HP ALM
●Proven experience of working with offshore team (MUST)
●Ability to mentor team on technical issues
●Experience in creation and execution of test cases for mainframe systems (Preferable).
●Business level of English (Plus).
●Native level of Japanese language proficiency
