【Duties includes】
●Business Account Management: Understand the business strategy discussion, work closely with IT service peers, the client’s BU IT leaders and business leaders within the region to help define, operationalize & support regional initiatives and strategies through disciplined management routines. Manages day-to-day business relationship with client. Share the information with other markets for IT solution adoption whenever possible, and make the design, development, and implementation of global solutions that comply with their BU’s needs aiming successful implementation of IT solutions.

●Business analysis: Understand the business requirement and processes and provide business clients with input and advice. Defines the solution requirements working with Shared Services team and coordinates the determination of applicable non-functional requirements to meet the needs. Knowledge of business performance management, key business indicators, business performance analysis is required.

●Project Team involvement: Handles and coordinate communications of the projects with its stakeholders in order to ensure consistency in processes, issues, status and results within the region and with similar culture background. Manages the task level project activities needed for application delivery and reports status and risk to governance functions during the duration of the project. Basically an individual contributor but sometimes manage external venders/operators assigned to a project.

【Required Skills and Experience】
●At least 2-3 years of knowledge and experience of BI tools and platform are required.
●Experience in Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, GCP platform is plus.
●Experience in requirement gathering for reporting/dashboarding needs
●Able to design the semantic layer to support the self-service reporting requirements
●Experience in generating unit test cases and test data for validation of the reports is a plus
●Japanese and English bilingual skill
