【ROLE SUMMARY】
Responsible for taking care of existing clients, the production of mutual fund (投資信託, hereafter referred as “Toshin”) sales materials, as well as planning and development of sales promotional programs for retail sales initiatives.
【Details】
● Mainly responsible for taking care of requests from existing clients in terms of data submission, reporting, inquiries on fund performance, etc.
● Also responsible for generating production of Toshin sales promotional materials including sales pitch books, market reports, and other adhoc requests from clients within defined parameters.
● Collects information and initiate data mining for sales materials.
● Works with various internal departments to obtain data, information, and compliance review.
● Manage and conduct business operations and projects.

必要スキル
【QUALIFICATIONS/Required Skills & Experiences】
● BA or higher degree
● Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in retail asset management business (mutual fund/distribution)
● Business level English in reading and writing
● Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Bloomberg, etc.

● Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and quickly shift priorities in a dynamic environment
● Be a strong team player while working independently and demonstrating initiative
● Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
● Must possess high level of communication skills to work with the various internal departments
● Strong team player, able to build relationships at all levels
● Highly self-motivated and result oriented
