BASIC PURPOSE:
Using discretion and judgment, works as a team member , Senior Operations analyst provide services for investment operation. It includes notifications of subscriptions and redemptions, daily /monthly reconciliations of the investment portfolios, and inputting transactions into the accounting system. Also acts as the primary liaison with the HQ office to resolve operational matters, implement new processes and coordinate client funding activity.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES:
・.Acting as the primary liaison with the HQ’s Trading and Global Investment Support, resolves trade discrepancies with brokers and reconciles differences between trust banks and the HQ’s accounting system.
・Coordinates the set-up of new clients and Toshin funds among the HQ, inhouse Sales Team and the Trust Banks in Japan.
・Oversees the processing of daily notifications of Subscriptions and Redemptions for the Toshin Funds.
・Ensures the reconciliation of process for Toshin funds is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
・Oversees the inputting of daily transactions into the Japan specific institutional accounting system and ensure proper controls and procedures are being followed.
・Day to day contact with Trust Banks for all Japan separate accounts. Monthly reconciliation of cash and securities for the portfolios with Trust Banks.
・Responsible for the daily reporting of the portfolios managed by the Japan based investment team.
・Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

・.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
・.Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in administration and operations providing service to employees and managers in various capacities.
・Fixed income related experience preferred
・.Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills including excellent bilingual skills.
・.Ability to work with employees at all organisational levels.
・.Ability to handle information in a manner which protects confidentiality.
・Business level English preferred.
・OA skill: Proficient in XNET,TSTAR,Word,Exel,Access
