職務内容
Salesforce（SFDC）開発リードとして、CRMプラットフォームを構築上で重要な役割を果たしていただきます。CRMプラットフォームの構築を通じて、クライアントに革新的なソリューションを提供し、ビジネス変革を促します。このポジションでは、テクニカルスペシャリストかつチームリードとしてのご活躍が期待されています。

主な役割は、調査・設計・実装・テスト・保守のフェーズおよびプロジェクト全般を通じてのチームビルディング・マネジメントで力を発揮いただきます。

具体的には、
・ビジネスユーザー、ビジネスアナリスト、プロダクトオーナーと連携して、ソリューションを設計
・Salesforceプラットフォーム上での革新的なソリューション開発
・ドキュメント作成
・ユーザーサポート
・チームメンバーへのメンタリングなどを行っていただきます。

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce(SFDC) Development Lead, you will play a key role in building our CRM Platform with the team. The CRM platform is one of the key business transformation initiatives that will deliver innovative solution to the client’s distribution channels. You will work with cross-functional teams using agile practices. You will be expected to be performed as a technical specialist as well as a team lead in the project.


Main mission:
Research, design, implement, test and maintain quality Salesforce solutions. Act as a mentor for the development team.


Specific Activities:
- Work closely with the business, business analyst, product owner to design solutions
- Develop quality solutions on Salesforce platform
- Bring innovation
- Build exceptional user experience
- Write documentation
- Take part in peer reviews
- Support user acceptance tests and resolve raised issues

求める職務経験・スキル
・技術志向をお持ちの方で、最新のテクノロジーやソリューションについて学び、実践していくことを志向されている方
・8年以上のIT領域での経験（SE・PMなど）があり、SFDCプロジェクトでの開発経験を5年以上お持ちの方
・Apex、VisualForceでの開発経験およびスキルがある方（Javaに精通している方も可）
・積極性と柔軟性に長け、チームで成果を出していける方

Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have
- Technical mindset: enthusiastic about technology and innovation, love building things
- More than 8 years experience in software development
- More than 5 years of developer experience in Salesforce.com projects
- Possess experience and skills to develop solutions with Apex, VisualForce; experience and skills on other technologies like Java is also considered
- Possess experience and skills of Data modeling and Database design
- Possess knowledge of Software development (including Apex, VisualForce) design patterns and best practices
- Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work as one team

Nice to have
- Web and Mobile development
- Agile project methodologies
- Architecture
- System integration (RESTful API, ESB, ETL)
- Continuous integration
- Experience in Insurance industry
- Good knowledge of Sales and/or Call center processes
- Salesforce certifications

Language Proficiency:
Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
