仕事内容

HR&GA department is currently undergoing reorganization to transform itself to be a strategic partner for the business departments, and the head of HR&GA is planning to establish three functions, Center of Expertise (CoE), HR Business Partners and HR services. The successful candidate will share responsibilities with the head of HR&GA overseeing CoE that covers such areas as performance management, compensation & benefits, recruiting, learning & development, talent management (including international mobility), employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and organization development.

必要スキル

＜必須＞
- Experience in HR of major global company
- Strong expertise in at least 2 areas of the CoE described above
- High proficiency in English and Japanese
- Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Result orientation
- Comfort in dealing with senior management
