仕事内容
★Experienced DCM banker (VP/Director) focused on Japanese clients covering origination and execution across issuer type (primarily FIG)
●Pitch target clients and originate DCM deals (public issuance/Private Placement)
●Advise clients on issuance strategy and make structure recommendations based on clients’ objectives and market conditions
●Develop and strengthen DCM dialogues with clients and identify DCM prospects
●Prepare DCM presentations and RFPs
●Lead execution of DCM transactions including due diligence, documentation drafting, roadshow organization/coordination, process coordination with external and internal parties, closing of successful transactions
●Coach and mentor analysts/associates
●Work and coordinate with syndicate and sales

必要スキル
●At least 7 year experience in DCM or relevant field from a reputable franchise
●Fluency in English and Japanese to conduct origination and execution
●Familiarity with Japanese banks as a target client base and ability to pitch multi -currency (USD,EUR and other currencies)
●DCM solutions to assist with regulatory and capital requirements
●Knowledge of Japanese banking regulatory environment is important
●Knowledge of the Samurai bond market
●Strong knowledge of credit analysis, Asian credit markets and developments
●Strong interpersonal and communication skills
●Ability to work independently and in team
●Ability to work and stay connected in a DCM team which spans numerous geographies Singapore/Hong Kong/Tokyo/Paris/London/NY
●Bachelor degree holder
