●Support Head of Client Capital Group in Tokyo in achieving capital raising activities for all the our products（70%）
●Take a leading role in corporate communication (PR) and corporate branding activities in Japan（30%）

【Responsibilities】
Initial responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the followings.
(1) Capital raising and client relationship management
●Support Head of Client Capital Group in Tokyo in fund marketing activities such as creating and translating presentation materials
●Respond to client requests for information
●Work closely with other client-facing members including fund managers of the firm on all aspects of capital raising and client relationship management

(2) Corporate communication / branding activities
●Develop corporate communication strategy for operation in Japan with Country CEO and Head of Client Capital Group
●Communicate with external PR Agency (AREX) and Regional Head of Corporate Communications in Singapore
●Take leading role in Corporate Branding in Japan and communicate with internal counterparts in Chicago and London
●Develop and update corporate website in Japan
●Plan seminars and conferences for clients and media

●日本語がネイティブで、英語がビジネスレベル以上の方（海外拠点との電話会議等多数あり）
●Knowledge in financial markets, investment products, and real estate markets, preferable
●Native Japanese speaker, fluent in English (native - business level)
●Team-worker
