仕事内容

●年金顧客への営業活動全般。既存、見込み顧客との関係構築、ニーズの把握
●年金顧客からのリクエスト及び問い合わせ対応
●既存顧客のマンデート維持、他商品のクロスセル
●各種コンサル対応
●セミナー、年金運用アンケート等の顧客イベントの企画立案実行

Responsibilities:
●General sales activity for Pension clients. That includes building relationship, identifying opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
●Respond to client request and inquiry.
●Maintaining mandates and seeking opportunities of cross-selling with existing clients.
●Respond to Pension consulting firms
●Planning and coordination of client events

【応募要件】
●年金顧客に対する資産運用に関わるリレーションシップ・マネジメント、セールス、プロダクト・セールス業務の経験
●優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力を有する方
●運用商品、年金業界に関する幅広い知識を有する方
●チーム・プレイヤーかつプロジェクト・リーダーとして協調して業務に取り組める方
●日本語およびビジネス・レベルの英語力

Requirements:
●Significant experience in Relationship Management/Sales with regard to Investment Management/product marketing in the pension market.
●Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
●Broad-based knowledge of investment products and pension market.
●Ability to work as a team member and project leader in a cooperative manner.
●Native Japanese and business-level English a must.
