＜Job Summary & Responsibilities＞
●Manage development and construction risk on large projects across multiple product types directly and through third party project management consultants
●Manage a large portfolio of projects simultaneously across multiple project types
●Project Management (and Investment Analysis Support) for Real Estate
●Development Project( solar, office, logistic, hotel, retail, etc.)
●Conduct risk assessment of development and construction projects during due diligence/underwriting
●Evaluate Joint Venture Operating Partners to determine capabilities to meet investment objectives
●Conduct oversight of Operating Partners, focusing on 1)Transparency, 2) Alignment of interests and 3) Execution/Performance
●Review building plans and construction expenses, negotiation with construction companies
●Manage the construction phase and providing status to investment and asset management teams
●Project management (and investment analysis support)
●Review development permits, work collaboratively with public entities, energy companies, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry
●Review civil engineering work plans and construction expenses, Negotiation with construction companies
●Review panel layout plans, facilities construction expense

＜Basic Qualifications＞
●8 years or more experience in above related business in real-estate development, general construction companies, real-estate investment funds, etc.
●Project management and organizational skills
●Basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
●Logical thinker and fluid communication skills
●Native level Japanese speaking and writing
＜Preferred Qualifications＞
●Registered Architect; Technical licensing related to construction/engineering
●Understanding of local regulations and law related to construction and development
