<Role Summary>
To assist the Investor Relation and Business Development team, as directed by the Head of Business Development Japan with:
●Assists with preparation of client report and supplemental materials
●Assists with preparation of presentation material
●Prospect/Client/Asset Consultant/Distribution Partner management
●Assist with sales plans
●Manages all information flows and manages company’s customer relationship database (CRM), ensuring it is accurate and up to date
●Assists with preparation of presentation material
●Manages and monitors all information flows to help with progression of sales cycle
●Develops sales plans , as directed by the Head of Japan
●Conduct ad hoc research on market channels, participants to help company’s identify potential targets
●Assist the Business Development team to achieve sales targets
●Develops account management plans, as directed by the Head of Japan
<Teamwork>
●Works closely with other similar roles in New York ,London and Melbourne to leverage ideas and strategies
●Works closely with assigned business development and investor relation managers

<QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES>
EXPERIENCE:
●Typically 1-3 years’ experience in either of financial, investment, marketing, business development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
●Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
●Understanding and knowledge of company’s investment processes.
●Good financial market knowledge
●Understanding investment, financial model, accounting.
●Marketing and communications knowledge.
●High ability to write/speak in Japanese/English in terms of grammar, syntax and well-structured sentence
●Client communication skill.
●Business acumen, financial metrics and key performance drivers.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :
●High level numerical and PC skills required.
●Good understanding of media, communications and marketing in a financial environment.
