仕事内容
-Day-to-day settlement of foreign equity products (US, Asia and European stocks, ADR, listed ETFs)
-Dividend and corporate action processing, including withholding tax and tax related reporting
-Day-to-day reconciliation of stock position between CSD/custodians and the company’s book
-Liaising with custodians and related entities
-Supporting new business initiatives and /or system and workflow development

必要スキル
Must have
-Minimum 2yr experience in equities settlement, dividend or corporate action processing (experience in foreign equities is preferred)
-Communication skill (Japanese: native, English: business level)
-JSDA Sales Representative License
Preferably,
-JSDA Internal Control Manager License
-Knowledge or experience in SWIFT operations
