Job Purpose
Under the supervision of Director of Internal Communication, Internal communication
senior specialist handles the creation and implementation of multiple channels of
communication within Our company in order to ensure effective communication and information
sharing between the Executive Management and all employees to foster our company
culture based on vision, mission, value and brand. Although Internal Communication
function is hosted in HR, the scope is corporate wide and supports the executive
management of the company. For instance, Internal Communication may generate
contents that show company’s direction to all employees so that they can step forward for
the direction. Consequently, internal communication requires deep understanding of the
company’s strategy, and sound writing, editing, curating and interpersonal relationship
skills which enable to embody it for the internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
●Assist to develop overall Our company internal communication strategy, messaging and
plan for implementation
●Support to develop creative and imaginative internal communication that drives
employee engagement
●Support to develop, publish and distribute a range of materials in traditional print
form, electronically or through only technologies to communicate effectively with
employees
●Collect information from entire company across regions and business units and
shape, edit, combine them to deliver strategic message to all employees via internal
newsletter or Intranet (should be written in English)

Qualifications:
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
●Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills to deal
with employees across all departments
●Experience to create contents in English is plus
●Be curious, passionate and interested in global and internal communication
●Be proactive, a self-starter, a quick learner
●Be positive, open-mind, flexible, multi task type
