●Manage the relationship between Company and our corporate finance lenders.
●Ensure repayment timelines are monitored and met, administer and manage intercompany loan arrangements.
●Lead M&A activities for operating PV assets in Japan and raise the necessary capital for acquisitions of new projects in Japan through on our off balance sheet structures.
●Identify and source funds for the development and construction of our PV assets in Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
●Drive the valuation process with Infrastructure Fund by representing the sponsor in the negotiations.
●Look for opportunities to optimize our holding structure in Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
●Continuously monitor and optimize all finance/accounting processes and commercial decisions to support the rapid growth of the company and ensure a well-controlled environment.
●Prepare and present management reports including project cash flow forecasts.
●Required to work in an ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS environment.

●Hands-on with over 5 years’ experience at a controller or CFO or senior finance position
●Master’s degree with a strong focus on Accounting or Finance is advantagious
●Experience leading M&A transactions for large portfolios of energy or real estate portfolios
●Strong experience in process improvement in budgeting, general accounting, AP and cash flow management.
●Sound knowledge in Japanese taxes, statutory reporting and corporate contract
●Fluent in Japanese and English
●Understand commercial context and business needs and related risks
●Target-driven, systematic, structure and reliable
●Great Team Player with Strong Managerial and Operational skills
