【業務内容】
システムリスク管理担当者として、社内・海外のグループ会社と協業して以下の業務を行っていただきます。
・システムリスクに関する情報収集
・システムリスク、ITガバナンス、インシデントの管理・運用
・リスクアセスメント業務
・新しく発見されたリスクの評価・モニタリング業務
・システム統制におけるアクセス管理業務
・BCP体制の構築・運用
・関連規程等の作成
・監査対応、当局による検査対応
エンジニアリングに関する幅広い知識だけでなく、当社サービスおよび関連法案や規制等の知識、社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションが求められるポジションです。

【Responsibility】
System Risk Managers will work with local and overseas offices to perform the following tasks:
-Collect information related to system risks
-Manage and address system risks, IT governance, and incidents
-Perform risk assessments
-Evaluate and monitor newly identified risks
-Manage access as part of system control
-Build and operate a business continuity planning structure
-Create relevant policies
-Respond to audit requests and investigation by authorities
In addition to being thoroughly knowledgeable about engineering, Global System Risk Managers are expected to be knowledgeable on laws and regulations related to our company’s services and be able to communicate with external partners.

【必須の経験・スキル】
・海外展開を行うビジネスor企業のカントリーリスク管理業務の経験
・システムリスク管理業務の経験
・ITシステムに関する幅広い知識
・運用および開発における実務経験（システムに関連する業務フローの理解がある方）
・システムリスク評価実務もしくは障害原因調査・改善業務の経験
・ネイティブレベルの英語力およびコミュニケーション可能な日本語力

・金融業界における勤務経験
・コンサルティングファーム等での勤務経験
・教育研修の経験（トレーニング、テキスト作成等）
・外資系企業または海外での勤務経験
・日本および海外の法規に関する知識
・日本語・英語以外の語学力

【Required Experience/Skills】
-Country-specific risk management experience for a business or company operating overseas
-System risk management experience
-Thorough knowledge of IT systems
-Real-world operational/developmental work experience (with an understanding of system-related work flows)
-System risk evaluation experience or failure investigation/improvement experience
-Native-level English and Japanese skills

【Preferred Experience/Skills】
-Experience working in the financial industry
-Experience working for a consulting firm, etc.
-Experience conducting training workshops (giving training, creating study materials)
-Experience working overseas or for a foreign company in Japan
-Knowledge of foreign laws and regulations of Japan and other countries
-Language skills other than Japanese and English
