仕事内容

●Investment Reporting - General role will be to prepare quarterly and annual investment reports, communicate with investors, provide any ad-hoc information requested by investors or management related to investments or company performance past and projected (accumulate deal data, understand this　information, and then report).
●Will also prepare and maintain complicated excel models to calculate incentive fee, deal/fund level returns, etc.
●Very high profile position as it will require extensive communication with outside investors as well as internally with other departments and upper management.

必要スキル

●We are looking for someone who is very strong at excel modeling, quick to learn, very detailed and organized, with strong analysis skills, knowledge in finance, and ability to understand relationships in performance related to deals in order to ensure reasonableness of data provided.
●Some accounting and real estate experience will also be helpful.
●Good English skills required since will be writing/reviewing investment reports and communicating with investors in English.
