【MAIN MISSIONS】
1.Perform and analyze the risk quantification on P&C insurance risk together with existing staff for the Solvency II internal model
- Calibration of the frequency & severity
- Quantification of the risk
- Analysis around the quantifications

2.Perform other P&C risk management activities, including
- Second opinion on reserves
- Second opinion on reinsurance
- Risk appetite
- Product approval process

3.Other Solvency II / enterprise risk management initiatives (depending on the skills)
- Solvency capital requirement (including Market risk, Operational risks)
- Documentations related to solvency II regulation
- Other enterprise risk management initiatives
- Operational risk management
- Market risk / Credit risk management

【職務内容】
1.チームと共にソルベンシー2の内部モデルを用いた損害保険リスクの計量化およびその分析
- 頻度・事故単価のカリブレーション
- リスクの定量化計算
- 関連する分析

2.損害保険リスク管理に係る業務
- 支払備金に関するセカンドオピニオン
- 再保険に関するセカンドオピニオン
- リスクアペタイト
- 新商品の承認プロセス

3.（スキルに応じて）その他のソルベンシー2や統合リスク管理に係る業務
- リスクの定量化（市場リスクやオペレーショナルリスクも含む）
- ソルベンシー2規制に関係した文書化
- その他統合リスク管理業務
- オペレーショナルリスク管理
- 資産運用リスク管理

【QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED】
●General Office Skills
- MS Office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, and so on)
●Technical Skills
- General understanding of general insurance in Japan
- Good reporting skills
- Languages: Fluent in Japanese both spoken and written
- Basic level in English written (mandatory), spoken (nice to have)
●Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication skill with internal and external party
- Ability to think out of box
- Flexibility and appetite to learn
- Ability to grasp the key elements even in complicated situation
- Ability to work in a team and also autonomously
- Results focused
●Qualifications
- University degree
●Experience
- Working experience at financial institutions (especially at general insurance) over 5 years
