【JOB DESCRIPTION】
Advertising & Promotion Department owns responsibility to grow topline through new customers’ acquisition handling offline (TV) and online ads, and both media planning and creative development. This opening is for a candidate of department head within one year and to assist department head in immediate term
【MAIN MISSIONS】
Own responsibility of top line generated from new customer’s acquisition supporting to department head.
◆Lead TV media planning and creative development (10%)
・Build and implement advertising and media strategy of offline and online media
・Creative development of TV Commercial
・Manage media buying of TV
◆Develop digital marketing strategy leveraging relevant digital marketing techniques (50%)
The scope:
・Online ad Paid search, Display ad (banner, video) etc.
・Search Engine Optimization and contents marketing
・Online ad creative (banner and landing page)
・Landing page optimization
・Lead generation and nurturing activities
・・Lead generation through Aggregators
・・Lead nurturing programs with marketing automation tool (email and postcard)
◆Manage and coach team members (20%)
・Plan tactics, roadmap and test & lean activities with team members and outside ad agencies
・Support team members when problem solving both from organizational and technical standpoint
・Support team members about result analysis and business impact estimation
・Coordinate with Online User Experience Team for better customer journey for acquisition
◆Contribute to drive business from entire marketing strategy perspective (15%)
・As a part of senior manager team in Sales and Marketing Division, contribute to drive business from perspective of 4Ps
・Report to local management committee and functional/regional headquarters about activities and results in English
◆Coordinate with marketing team of Japanese group companies for joint marketing campaign (5%)

【QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED】
◆General Office Skills
・MS Office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, and so on)
◆Technical Skills
・Strong strategic skill
・Strong analytical skill of digital ad (basic acquisition metrics, attribution, site analysis such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) Skill to use BI tool is a plus
・Literacy with advanced and latest digital ad techniques
・Strong logical thinking both in written and spoken communication
・Languages: Fluent in English both spoken and written; Native in Japanese. English presentation skill is must
・Literacy of team/project management techniques
・Coaching skill
◆Interpersonal Skills
・Have inner drive to challenge and problem solving
・Stay flexible and open-minded in complex situation
・Integrity to face failures, quickly extract lessons and adjust in a timely manner
・Fully engage in growing team members by sparing sufficient time for coaching
・Being self-learner of technical/regulatory knowledge specific to finance/Insurance industry
◆Qualifications
・Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management/Business or related academic field
◆Experience
・Experience in digital advertising for acquisition is mandatory
・Experience as people manager of the team with more than 3 subordinates is mandatory
・Experience in Non-Japanese companies is a big plus
・Experience in advertisers is a big plus
