●Learn Tenant Representation best practice and effectively implement in transactions
developing skills to ensure consistent, best practice service delivery per our global standards for client requirements.

●Effectively work as a team member within the Tenant Advisory Group supporting and effectively working with colleagues to achieve all group targets and deliverables.

●Both lead and assist in project implementation for Tenant Advisory assignments. These transactions will be both sourced locally in the Japan market and with our global and regional clients.

●Maintain a high level of client satisfaction for transactions and accounts you are working on.

●Act as account manager and single point of contact for client accounts assigned to you managing all aspects of the relationship and transaction(s) including strategy, consulting,
research and implementation of all real estate requirements for Japan.
Proactively manage accounts and work to cross-sell other service lines and develop new business from the existing accounts.

●Conduct business development activities to source and close local Tenant Representation assignments.

●Build and maintain a network of contacts in the market including landlords, consultants and other relationships.

●Cross-sell, coordinate and work with colleagues in multiple service lines as a team player within our Japan and global organization.
Maintain special focus on cross-selling Project & Development Services to prospective Tenant Advisory Group clients.

●Other ad-hoc projects and services as the Company may reasonably determine.
Work may include both domestic and international business travel.

●法人不動産リーシング経験者
●読み書き英語力（社内メールレベルは必須）
