【SUMMARY】
We are looking for a marketing professional to fill the role of Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible mainly for local brand, acquisition, and retention marketing programs by managing online and offline advertising, events, and client communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in Japan Marketing Team as the right-hand person to Head of Marketing Japan, also working closely with Central Marketing Team in London.

【RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES】
●Lead and manage local marketing programs including Marketing Partnerships, display ads, campaigns, social media, client email, and events
●Manage relationship with ad agencies
●Analyze data to determine efficiency of marketing activities by utilizing multiple analytic tools
●Collaborate with Central Marketing Team in London for PPC, programmatic ads, paid social, providing them with local insights, business strategies/priorities, local marketing initiatives, issues, and regulatory updates
●Work closely with the Sales Team on events and CRM activities
●Localize and translate advertising and product related content such as webpages, banner messages, manuals/guidelines, and trading platform interface

【QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS】
●More than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a financial company
●2-3 years of experience in online marketing PPC, display ads, and affiliate program (At least experienced with one of these online ads)
●Basic knowledge of major trading and investment products
●Excel advanced level
●Content writing, brand management, and event management experiences are a big plus
●Business level English fluent enough to be able to write reports, manage conference calls with colleagues outside Japan
