外資系不動産会社でのFinance Manager（Japan Corporate Solutions）の求人

【Objective】
Seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Corporate Solutions Finance team. Acting as a strategic partner to the IFM & PDS leadership for Japan. The position will work closely with the respective Japan business and finance teams to drive forecast accuracy, manage profit targets and oversee finance compliance and controls.
【Duties and Responsibilities】
●To lead all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual reports / analyzing in Japan.
●Responsible for successful delivery of financial services and support; ensuring IFM & PDS meet its financial commitment goals.
●Business Partnering with IFM & PDS management, provide financial advice and support to Japan team on business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation, working capital management and other pricing matters.
●Management of the Japan finance teams.
●Provide support to client facing activities.
●Work with IFM & PDS management, business line to identify, implement and report on productivity initiatives that will improve margin.
●Manage the preparation of Annual budget & quarterly forecasts.
●Provide and interpret of financial information and prepare cost analysis, including analyzing project profitability.
●Ensure IFM & PDS complies to Local JLL Finance policies and controls
●Oversee finance training programs to Operations and Finance teams
●Work with SD team to support contract pricing to ensure contracts are margin accretive, pro-forma reviews and provide contract language inputs as required
●Support ad hoc projects, technology and proces

●四大卒以上
●企業での管理会計経験　10年以上
●ビジネスレベルの英語力
●マネジメント経験
