Brand Supervisor:

Purpose of the Position:
- Brand Supervisor is the starting point for young professionals within the marketing organization with a proven
basic foundation of marketing and some evidence of proven results through prior experience. This position is
primarily involved in the execution of large scale marketing initiatives (e.g. new product launch, brand
campaign), project management and working with other teams within Marketing.

Accountabilities:
1. Contribute to Brand Strategy planning. Actively identify key areas of branding opportunities within the
development and execution of their tasks, propose actionable and well-substantiated solutions to
management.

2. Analyze complex problems and translating them into solid, actionable and clearly articulated solutions with
the corresponding analysis to support the rationale.

3. Actively define and lead internal / external cross-functional teams to achieve completion of projects under
their responsibility. Directly deal with advertising agencies, vendors & suppliers, and events agencies.

4. Responsible for handling all aspects of project management, with close guidance from supervisor.

Requirements
〇 Bachelor’s degree
〇 Must be fully bilingual both in English and Japanese
〇 Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in Marketing, Sales, or entrepreneurial projects where their　project management and internal consulting skills have been demonstrated
〇 Preferably with digital marketing experience
