仕事内容

explicit recognition as senior team members and take management responsibility for the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects or components of multi country projects for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries. They are responsible for mentoring, coaching and development of more junior staff within project teams and some have line management and/or mentoring responsibility for several members of the HEOR team. They are expected to play a significant role in business development through attracting follow-up work to successful projects and new work via industry contacts, RFPs and strategic initiatives in association with the HEOR BD team.

必要スキル

A thorough knowledge of HEOR methods and approaches plus a working knowledge of consulting methodologies and general business practices is required. Also understanding of the health care sector and the pharmaceutical market, gained through the delivery of consulting engagements and ideally also through experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector outside consulting.
