仕事内容
He/she is responsible for fund raising and portfolio management, and reports to the Head of Fund Management Dept.
【Key responsibilities】
●Fund raising from new/existing investors (mainly, but not limited to, Korean investors)
●Responsible for establishing mandate with (Korean) investors and explaining about real estate to be invested into
●Responsible for structuring investment scheme, fee negotiation, legal documentation, etc., collaborating with our acquisition team
●Portfolio management (including preparation of fund management reports) collaborating with our asset management team and accounting team

必要スキル
＜Skills/experience＞
●University degree
●Language: 「Korean : Native」、 Japanese & English : Fluent in written and spoken
●Extensive understanding and experience of real estate asset management business
●Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Japan
●Good knowledge and experience in legal documentation and fund accounting
●Strong communication skill, capable of serving to bridge the cultural gap
・Human network in Korea helpful for fund raising
●University degree
