【職務内容】
Our company has embarked on an exciting journey of Digital Transformation.
Main missions of this role are:
-Be the technical reference for supporting operations and evolutions around Genesys Purecloud and Salesforce solutions
-Partner with the Customer UX division to help building our customer facing solutions that are customer driven and differentiate us from our competitor
-Participate in the technology design and implementation of underlying Customer facing applications that are secure, scalable, and contextual while offering superior user experience (UX) and performance
-Assist in maintaining the technical excellence of our Customer facing IT solutions and participate to ensure that all the underlying technologies are kept up-to-date
-Provide innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
-Participate on tier 2 level support for customer facing IT solutions, in particular follow up incidents and manage escalations with vendor
-Be a member of current Telephony project implementing Omni channel capabilities for our customer service
>>> Create and support Call/Email/Chat flows
>>> Integrate different systems with API

【応募資格】
●Qualifications (incl. Education)
-Technical knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Customer Contact solutions (Purecloud or others)
-Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer science or related academic field
●Technical skills
-Knowledge of one or more development languages
-Technical knowledge of clients PC, such as softphone, Windows OS, browser, headset and telephone
-Experience with API integration would be a plus (JS or other language)
-Operational experience with IT providers, Software editor and packages (define, manage and govern delivery KPIs).
-Experience driving product and process improvements via commercial software packages.
●Behavioral skills
-Ability to work in a team and also autonomously
-Problem analysis, requirement confirmation, policy and operational design with development Strong team player)
-Hands-on program/project management experience with excellent issue and risk management skills
-A creative thinker, problem solver and a self-learner exploring continuously new technologies and trends.
●Language skills
-Japanese: business level - spoken (mandatory)
-English: fluent (both spoken and written)
●Experience
-5 years or more experience in system development or in system operation
-Experience with contact center solution/operation would be a plus
