【Responsibilities】
●Responsible for reviewing relevant documents including contracts and letters in English　and Japanese
●Responsible for drafting contracts/agreements of discretionally investment management,advisory,distribution etc. and regulatory documents related with the company’s business
●Responsible for BOD/shareholders meeting or other committee/meeting arrangements and preparing agenda and minutes of BOD/Shareholders meeting or other committee/meeting
●Responsible for legal research on applicable laws,new legal issues and regulations in English
●To prepare documentation for corporate matters including the minutes of Shareholders’ meeting miscellaneous contracts and so on
●Responsible for handling corporate registraion matters
●To retain documents reｌated to legal and corporate matters
●Any other matters instructed by the surpervisor

● 3-5 or more years experience in the legal field
● Proficiency in English
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
●Good understanding of business and corporate laws and related regulations
●Above Bachelor’s degree
●Technical Requirements: MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
